So you don’t have to keep coming back to technoLOTE to see if there is something new, you can get any new articles (posts) delivered right to you!
There are two ways you can do this. You can either subscribe by email or by RSS in a reader.
Subscribe By Email
This is probably the easiest way to get automatic notification, but it is better to use an RSS reader, especially if you don’t want your inbox filling up too much!
If you would like to sign up by email look for the ‘SUBSCRIBE’ section on the left hand side of the site. Simply click on the ‘Subscribe to technoLOTE by email’ link at the bottom of that section. It looks like this:
You will be taken to an external page where you simply enter your email address and an anti-spam word, and then click on ‘Complete Subscription Request’. It looks like this:
You will then receive an email asking you to confirm your subscription. Once you have done that you will receive an email notification each time I post a new article to the site.
Subscribe By Reader
Most blog and news sites use what’s called RSS to make it easy for readers to be notified of new content. The best thing to do is watch this video from Commoncraft which tells you everything you need to know:
To subscribe to technoLOTE, simply click on the link next to the orange RSS icon. It looks like this: 
Subscribe in a reader
You can find this in the sidebar of the site in the SUBSCRIBE section.
Once you have clicked on that, it will take you to a page that will allow you to select the link to your feed reader. You do need to have a feed reader before you do this. I would recommend signing up to Google Reader.
